By conducting a virtual (online video) class with a paid registration fee, you agree to the following terms. Please mark each of the following as an understanding of the terms of this agreement:

USTA will handle the email marketing and online registrations for this class and will receive all registration fees distributed into their account

As the instructor, I can set the per person registration fee for my class as I deem appropriate

As the instructor, I will receive 60% of the registration fee from this class that will be paid via bill pay check or via PayPal transfer from USTA following the class

25% of the registration fee from this class will be paid to the USTA for handling the email marketing, online registrations, simple video editing, and, if applicable, any NCBTMB fees and other marketing costs.

5% of the registration fee from this class will be paid to the Host for setting up the logistics around the Zoom Meeting ** (i.e. polls, breakout rooms, chats, etc.), running the meeting, addressing any technical issues during the meeting, handling the Q&A segment at the end of the meeting, and collaborating with me, as the instructor, about the time edits for the video that will be available to those individuals who paid the registration fee. The Host will typically be the USTA President or another USTA Board Member

** Check below if you do not want to utilize a Zoom Host, and instead you will provide your own host and/or host the meeting yourself. By not using a Zoom Host, you will receive 65% of the registration fee instead of 60%.

6% of the registration fee from this class will be paid to Trager International (TI), per a July 2020 TI Board Decision

Approximately 4% of the registration fee will cover PayPal charges, since all registrations are handled online.

I agree to provide USTA with a summary/outline of my class and the registration fee at least four weeks prior to the start of my class to allow time for the class to be approved, online registration to be set up on the USTA website, and the appropriate email marketing campaign be scheduled

I agree to allow my class to be recorded and added to the USTA online store, so that it may be purchased from the general public for the same price as the class registration fee with me receiving 60% of each sale

I understand my class is subject to approval by USTA My signature certifies that I have read, understood, and agreed to my rights and responsibilities. This agreement is legally binding when signed by the instructor.
