It is a great pleasure to inform you that Roger Hughes has been approved by his Supervision Team as a Full Instructor. He is now available to teach Level I trainings throughout the world, and when he feels ready, to train himself through assisting, co-teaching and mentoring to eventually teach Level II and Level III trainings as well.
He has been in the Instructor Training process for half a dozen years, and has recently taught full trainings with only phone support. In addition, he has served on the Trager International Education Committee and two Conference committees, he is being trained to lead Tutor Seminars, and is currently deep in the process of updating of the Tutor Manual. We find him exemplary in clear communication, supportive presence, inspiring demonstrations, thoughtful responses, openness to feedback, continual personal and professional growth, and leadership in helping our community offer programs and presence online.
