Happy Holidays to everyone!
We’re happy to announce Gary Brownlee videos are NOW AVAILABLE to Trager Practitioners. Initially, there are three videos including an interview and treatments with a Parkinson’s patient. This is special for several reasons. One, we have Gary’s wisdom available to members as a free benefit (thanks to Gwen Crowell). Two, it reveals a new infrastructure live on the USTA website to host additional video clips to all or various segments of our community. Look for a proliferation of added media over the upcoming months. It’s a blessing to be able to have these videos and remember a great and wonderful man.
As you find yourself busy in your head with all the holiday “to do’s”, remember to take a moment to feel into your feet, to sense the ground, to bring an awareness to your walk and any other wonderful Mentastics awareness that you have developed, so that you can float with ease though this time of year. We all hope that you have a wonderful Holiday and New Years!
