Greetings!
The Tragerology community has been together now for more than a year, learning to connect science to the art of Trager® in order to increase our understanding of Milton’s approach, the effectiveness of our work, and how we speak about our profession. I am witnessing how members are incorporating what they are learning in their sessions with clients, their personal Mentastics, their marketing, and in their teaching. Bravo!
I am grateful for the contributions of everyone within and around the Tragerology community. Roger Tolle leads creative movement explorations appropriate for the topic each month, Amrita expertly edits the recordings so that your viewing and reviewing experience of the main teaching is easy, Jenny Hare assists with Zoom logistics, and Evamaria provides translation for German speaking members. Roger and Amrita support me in so many other ways, too numerous to mention! And every member contributes questions and insights, live on Zoom, or in the private Facebook group. Thank you everyone for contributing to the success of Tragerology!
Topics for the first half of 2022 include
Autonomic nervous system
Breath
Fascia
Hypermobility
Movement
Immunity
If you would like to get a taste of the teachings you are able to purchase a single module that is of interest to you. This can be done clicking here, scrolling down and clicking on “details” of the module you’d like to purchase.
Becoming a member gives you access to all the live Zoom meetings (2 per month), additional resources to explore, suggestions for integration and applications to tablework and Mentastics, as well as replays of all the live gatherings. Plus a wonderful community of learners! All of this is conveniently located on Tragerology.
I look forward to seeing you sometime in the New Year!
With gratitude,
Eileen
