Instructor’s Bio: Amrita Daigle has worked in the field of somatic education for over 42 years. She studied with Dr. Milton Trager over a period of 15 years, and she is maintaining an ongoing private practice in Québec City since 1983. As a yoga teacher and a TRAGER instructor, she favours a joyful and creative pedagogy where clarity and precision are highlighted. She has trained TRAGER professionals in the North America, in Europe, and in the Middle East.
