Dear Colleague:
As you well know, the Trager Approach is extremely powerful. However, there are less than 1000 members around the world, with numbers currently decreasing. It is clear to both Trager International’s Board of Directors and to others, that our organization does not present a sustainable business model either financially or functionally and is in need of a clear plan for the growth of Trager.
Developing an actionable, intelligent Strategic Plan is thus the first urgent step the Board of Directors of Trager International have decided to implement and for which they have obtained the support of the National Association Congress. We would like to accomplish this by September 15th, 2020, in order to action change this current year and continuously, over the next few years.
This endeavor represents TI’s most significant recognition of our organization's deficiencies and is a tangible and actionable plan to grow and thrive. Our intention is to take real action, backed with financial support, to position Trager and TI to succeed into the future.
We are assembling a small, diverse group to develop this Strategic Plan. Joseph Rodin has been asked to work with a team and other advisors to make recommendations for changes on all facets of our functioning by September 15th. We would like to begin implementing those recommendations approved by the BoD by December 31st 2020.
Joseph and I invite you to be part of this team, to bring your practical and visionary ideas, business knowledge and leadership, and we are very grateful for your consideration to help. Once the original task force has begun work, other essential advisors will be included when appropriate. If you do want to join this team, please contact me before June 26th, 2020.
