US Foundation for Trager Education and Research - February 2020 Update

The Trager® Foundation Board members are pleased to welcome Ross Pastel as a new Board member. He brings his passion and knowledge about research and developing case study protocols, and will be an asset to the Board. He presented this material at the USTA National conference in 2019 and the Foundation Board is discussing ways to support case studies about the efficacy of the Trager Approach.

We are excited to report that Board member Richard Mack has submitted an abstract about his work and hopes to be accepted to present at the 2020 Cognitive Movement conference in Paris – https://www.movementis.com .

Funding for research projects as well as educational scholarships awarded by the Trager Foundation comes solely from donations. If you would like to donate to the Trager Foundation, you can do that easily from the USTA website - https://www.tragerapproach.us/foundation. Click on the Donate Box at the bottom of the column of information about the Trager Foundation and follow instructions for the funds to go directly to the Trager Foundation.

The online fund-raiser https://www.gofundme.com/f/trager-education-conference-2019  will continue and the funds will be used to further outreach and research resulting from the 2019 National Conference.

We are also very excited to announce the award of a Pay It Forward scholarship to Trager student, Christine Holt, for the upcoming Mentastics® class in Burlington, Vermont. Congratulations, Christine!

Finally, we are hoping to build our own website in 2020, and fill it with updated information about Trager research projects around the world. Who knows, there might be a case study contest with a cash prize!
