In response to the request for more personal sharing after "The Group Tutorial Forum, Trager as a Trauma Sensitive Approach," Trager® Instructor Kathryn Hansman-Spice is offering a new six-week zoom course, of interest to the Trager community, somatic educators and beyond. This study group will focus on developing B*A*S*I*C skills to tune into and dialogue with the Autonomic Nervous System in support of greater presence, compassion and resilience. We will create a “warm, confidential space for coming home to yourself,” naming and acknowledging deeply wired ways of relating and exploring new possibilities together with Listening Partners in small groups.
Kathryn invites you to come together in love and acceptance, with the authenticity of our whole selves, to acknowledge the heartfelt ways we are in caring connection, as well as the ways we have learned to disconnect to protect ourselves. Let us be Listening Partners as "two solitudes that meet, protect and greet each other" (Rilke) In being heard, we can safely embrace new possibilities of health, growth and rejuvenation. In learning new skills, we will embody and spread “world peace one person at a time.”
